Come and experience an authentic practice that incorporates Asana (postures), breath work and relaxation. Be nourished by opening movements and stillness of mind.
A sweet blend of Vinyasa Flow yoga, breath awareness, mindfulness meditation, philosophy and heart connection. In our modern lives, we often give so much and are often running on empty, this is the perfect way to rejuvenate on all levels. There is a strong focus on recognising and connecting with our natural gifts- intuition, presence and benevolent hearts, which through the practice of yoga we can can activate and amplify.
Together we will explore subtle and internal practices as well as Asana, to bring focus to the current of inner light.
